EcoChic Town Cancún

EcoChic Town is an 80-hectare eco-sustainable resort complex inspired by the most important projects of the Riviera Maya, Las Vegas and Florence. Our development combines commercial and residential areas with a distinctive Boho-chic style, creating a unique space where tranquility and security merge.

The project features innovative architectural elements including perforated slabs supported by circular columns enveloped in vegetation, and a dramatic waterfall feature that creates a stunning visual centerpiece.

The development is organized around two main slabs with multiple perforations, supported by circular columns wrapped in vegetation, covering 7,500 m². A third slab features a dramatic waterfall as its centerpiece.

The Wellness Area includes:

• 1,398.07 m² covered space
• Circular slab articulating the program
• Two walls marking the entrance
• Main axis crossing through

The first stage commercial area consists of two islands surrounded by the project's central lake, connected by a bridge. The more dense island features "Chef's Town" with 6 commercial volumes featuring lake-view terraces and rooftops.

The island cores contain smaller commercial spaces (kiosks) for different types of businesses, surrounded by water and vegetation, connected by pathways that invite discovery.
